Cancellation of stay
If the stay is cancelled (due to health, work reasons, etc.) the deposit will NOT be refunded (Article 1385 Italian Civil Code).
Check-in is at 2 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m.
Early departure
No refund is due to those who decide to interrupt a stay already started. The amount for the entire stay will be charged.
